MAKING A PURCHASE

  Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use Paypal for all our transactions (you do not need a paypal account to check out)

CUSTOMS CHARGES

We are not responsible for any charges incurred by the customer outside of the UK.

As we are also a handmade business alongside our outlet our shoemakers and children’s product makers focus highly on making beautiful products during the working day.  The best way to contact us is via e-mail and we will respond within an hour or the same working day (unless at the weekend, bank holidays or company closures)

WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER?

As mentioned above we are extremely busy making beautiful shoes for brides  and beautiful things for little people alongside shipping our orders in a timely manner from our outlet.  Our business needs 100% focus as we do not outsource any of our production but we will always respond to you promptly via our e-mail or social media pages.

These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

VAT

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price shown.

This excludes Childrens shoes and dresses, as these are exempt from VAT.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY 

All credit cards are processed using the a Secure facilty and are encrypted. At no point do the Wedding Accessories Outlet see your credit card details. This is confirmed via these terms and conditions.  We accept VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, SWITCH, JCB, VISA ELECTRON, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS ARE COMPLETED THE SAME DAY GOODS ARE RECEIVED.

(This will only be extended during public holidays or company holiday shutdowns)

1) PRODUCTS WITH LESS THAN 60% DISCOUNT

Fully refundable within 30 working days (refunds completed same day).

2) PRODUCTS WITH MORE THAN 60% DISCOUNT

Exchangeable only within 30 working days to the same value of the goods (a £4.95 delivery  charge will apply) we will only accept one exchange.

3) IMPERFECT WEDDING SHOES & ACCESSORIES

These are “seconds” normally A Grade and we will always show the fault through our website,these products due to their very low costing are non returnable under any circumstances.

4) SHOES DYED TO IVORY

Fully returnable within 30 working days when less than 60% discount on the product, please  note the dyeing cost of £2.50 will not be refunded.

5) HANDMADE SHOES

Our handmade shoes take considerable time therefore our Liberty London shoes and  espadrilles are non returnable within our terms and conditions, we will however discuss a size exchange if required as we want to ensure your shoes are just perfect.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN FOR REFUND

For FULL PRICE ITEMS being returned for refund, we ask you to complete the following.

1) Check you are within the 30 working days, we will not accept returns after 30 working days.

2) Pop a note inside with the following details, failure to include important information may delay your refund.

Address

Order Number

3) Check the items you are returning, they should be unmarked, undamaged, labels in tact and in their original packaging (we will not accept returns of shoes with marked soles under any circumstances so please try them on carpet)

4) Send them back by a “Signed For” service dependant on the value of the items, this is for you to ensure a signature is obtained by a member of the Wedding Accessories outlet team, we are not responsible for any items lost that you send with Royal Mail.

Note – The return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

EXEMPTIONS TO OUR RETURNS POLICY

  • We will not accept returns of earrings that are either sold individually or part of a jewellery set in line with Health & Safety importance for our consumers.
  • Any returns that are sent back to us that incur customs charges our end will be deducted from the total of the refund, We will not be liable for this cost under any circumstances.
  • All customers ordering outside of the UK are responsible for the payment of any customs and excise charges.
